It can be viewed as electronic responsibility for actions and deeds.
Users should know that stealing or causing damage to another person’s work is a crime.
This involves hacking into other’s information, plagiarizing, or sending a spam.
Digital Health and Wellness
This include physical and psychological issues that might occur in a human health as a result of technology or computer consumption.
Users need to be taught about the dangers technology might cause in their well-being.
An individual can suffer from an eye problem as a result of technology.
Digital Security
It is when the information is protected from the outside forces that might cause harm.
Digital security is fostered by virus protection, backups of data and surge control of equipment.
Digital Rights and Responsibilities
This is when a Digital citizen has a right to access a certain portion of information.
Users should know how to use technology in an appropriate manner.
Digital Etiquette
These are standards of conduct or procedure.
It is discovered that people not to consider the Digital Etiquette as an element of Digital Citizenship however, rules are fostered but people are not taught to be responsible.

(b). Follow what is going on in your area and industry.
Focus more on reading and finding out about trends that will build or shape your area. (Intelligent HQ 2017).
(c). Surround yourself with other social Entrepreneurs.
When you surround yourself with people that are similarly minded, you gain more knowledge from them. (Intelligent HQ 2017).
(d). Do good offline.
Whatever you do good offline, should apply in your online social life for the sake of good reputation you will gain. (Intelligent HQ 2017).

2.1. My name is Sibanyoni Sithembiso, I am from KwaNdebele area in a place called Siyabuswa. People started living is Siyabuswa in 1975 during the apartheid era and those people relocated from Middleburg [Doronkop]. People lived nicely in the place and infrastructure was improved where more people were employed but after they were done building everything that was supposed to be built, unemployment was a major problem in the area. People went to look for jobs in the minds of Middleburg, Witbank and other various places. Even now, a small shopping centre was built and still a lot of people were left unemployed so there is still a huge gap for the youth to be employed.
Define
Unemployment is when an individual from the economically active population is willing and has the ability to do the job but failing to get one.
Discover
In my area, is caused by lack of skills or illiteracy as such. Lack of business establishment in the area has got an influence in unemployment.
Dream
According to me, infrastructure development can be a tool that can be used to minimise unemployment.
The local government should engage in job design and job construction in order for people to have jobs in the society.
Design
Call a community meeting to discuss how are we going to foster the issue of alleviating unemployment in the society.
Draw a suggestion plan on how can the society and the government merge to tackle the issue of unemployment. [Lee.S 2013].
Deliver
Submit a proposal letter to the local government based on everything you have discussed with the members of the community. [Lee.S 2013].
We can refer the matter to the counsellor for them to deliver the message to the municipality.
If nothing is done then we should strike, in that way we are putting pressure on the government to create job opportunities.
Debrief
We should check if the final product is what we wanted and also compare the changes we have encountered.
Check if the proposal we submitted did work for us or check if there is anything that can be done differently. [Lee.S 2013].
2.2. Footprint
No, it will not be a problem because it helps companies content at specific markets, so it might be an opportunity to fill in job vacancies.

On the side of writing tests, students should not enter the examination centre with cell phones or the independent Institution of education should install a device that switches or restricts the availability of the network in the examination centre. In the assignment intact referencing should be implemented for the independent institution to access that information if it needs prove.
All students should be searched and checked before the exam and tests commence, and phones must be confiscated if a student is found with one.
Increase the number of invigilators in examination centres.
Cameras can be installed in examination centres so to ensure that students are not in possession of cell phones.
